"Hi I'm Melody on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make deep fried breaded fish. I will show you how to make this using some breading, it comes in a package premade. It is just shaved up breading it looks like toast sort of and a little flour and some fish fillets. First you do is make sure that this is wet you can use egg, you can use water, you can use milk. Milk would take the fishy taste away a little bit. We want to put it in the flour and we want to put it in the breading, we want to squish that breading in there so that it is stuck on there and this one is ready to go in the fryer. We have our temperature set about 375 today and I'm just going to put it down into the basket as straight as could be and then let it start to cook. This should take about I would say about 5 minutes if it is thick like this one and covered in breading. When you see it turn golden brown that is usually a sign to take it out, the inside would definitely be cooked so don't worry about that. If for some reason your breading doesn't stick, this is sticking but I see a little section here that is not just re-wet it a little bit right there and put it back down into the breading. You would pick it up and you would be ready to go. Alright there we go alright so I'm going to put these in here for a few minutes and keep a eye on them just so I can tell what they are doing. If they turn golden brown they are coming out, okay I think these are about done let's open this and see these have been in here for almost 5 minutes and it would depend totally on your deep fryer how hot the oil is, how many pieces of fish you have in there and I'm just going to dump them out here. There we go, deep fried breaded fillet fish. Next segment if you stick around we would be doing some tempura shrimp deep fried. "
