"Hi I'm Melody on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to deep fry with tempura style some fish. Alright here we have some nice fish fillets. We are going to do it two ways just to give you a idea what happens to little cubes. Sometimes that is a nicer way to give it to your children or you just want little bits. So here we go this is our tempura batter we bought it in a box mix a little water and that was the final product right there. Hopefully you have a nice puffy covering on our fish. Alright I don't want it to be dripping off to much because it would disturb the oil and I'm going to go ahead and set this one into the hot oil so it doesn't stick to the bottom. There we go we have our temperature about 375 degrees and if it starts to stick just push it around just a little bit to try to get it to dislodge. Okay we are going to put in the rest of these and then we will close it and we would see what will happen to them in 2 1/2 minutes and we would see if they are becoming golden brown if they are we would take them out. Alright just let those cook for a minute. Alright I think these are about just finished they have been in there for actually 4 1/2 minutes but we really need to be watching because it depends on the age of your grease and sometimes your altitude. A lot of things could make a different in how long something needs be in there. Alright here we go our beautiful tempura fish fillets and cubes. Stay for our next segment we would be doing breaded fried chicken or fish excuse me. "
