"Hi my name is Melody Mann and on behalf of Expert Village we are going make you some mozzarella balls and covered with a breading with Italian seasoning. First I cut mozzarella cheese into small sections, put flour on top and just roll them around in a paper plate, then I put them up in the freezer for a while and let them get firm. Now we are going to go ahead and put some scrambled up egg on it, you can baste it, you could dip it, or you can just drop them in there if you like, just so they are covered. Okay we are just covering so they are all covered with the batter with the egg mix. Now I'm going to take them out and put them back on the plate for a minute and I'm going to pick this dish and I'm going to add in a little bit of Italian seasoning. This is just breading bread crumbs that you could buy at the store, there are several different kinds, different textures and you just mix it up, throw them in and then just stir them around so they are completely covered. You could use your fingers if you want to. I think I'm just going to stick with this for a second. Make sure they are all covered now they are ready to go into the deep fryer. They don't stay in there very long, be very careful and watch them because they will go really really fast. I have my temper setting at 360 if you could do this in a lower temperature go ahead and do it in a lower temperature. And here we go we are going to put them in, not like that we are not trying this. These would splatter so try to be very careful with these and keep them separated and now I'm going to go head and watch them because these are really fast. When they are finished they should turn a little golden brown but they go very, very quickly. We have clean oil today it has never been cooked in and occasionally it would not make it look yellow or brown but they would be done. Alright I think these are about done. Actually I think we may have left it one second too long as you could see we have strings coming down which means that they got a little bit too hot, two of them and there we go. You can make them look a little bit more brown if it is a little bit older oil. Say that you are cooking some fish today or some French fries, do those first and then do these and then you get a little bit more browner look. Thank you for watching this and in the next segment watch us make some other fry foods for your table. "
