"Hi this is Melody again on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to continue with our frying. We are going to fry some zucchini in our temper batter we just got through doing eggplant. So watch this, to start we are going to take our zucchini, slice it any shape that you like it could be long and thin, it could be shape like this, it could be round it doesn't really matter. Take it and dip it into your batter. Make sure you cover the entire piece of zucchini. Now I'm using extra long tongs cause I'm doing this in a way that you may or may not be comfortable of doing safety is all up to you. I'm just going to dip this in and tap it once, I put into the basket to keep it from sticking from the bottom. Once I think it has harden a little bit I tap it and it floats to the top. Continue doing this until you covered as many as your family needs or until it looks that your fryer is full enough where they are touching and then in a minute I will show you how they look like when they are finish. Alright they look like they are about finish now, so we would take them out and see what we have. This is our finished product. It looks good to me. I put them onto some paper so they soak up the oil and make it a little bit more healthy and here you go. The next segment watch us do some mushrooms temper style. "
