"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Richard DeCola and today we are going to make some great, great Italian sauce. Hey we are back and I just want you to get a close look of what is happening here. You see our sauce and our pork bone has actually got a nice color to it. Our meatballs are going to be almost done. I realize I did not cook the meatballs a 100 percent through, didn't cook the sauce a 100 percent through. It will cook in the sauce. So what I do is just take some paper towels, a bowl. I'm just going to take everything out from one place to the other so we can just absorb some of that grease and that is all you want to do. Once the grease is absorbed, you are going to open up your sauce pot, like so and take your meatballs and going to throw them in. That' s the flavor, man. That's the flavor. When I come back we are going to talk about the last thing and that is our ingredients. I use fresh ingredients as most of possible. Is that a word, I don't know. It doesn't matter. It's all about cooking so. Again, I am going to come back and talk about the ingredients. Going to wrap up our sauce and going to get a nice bottle of Ciante and have some lunch.
