"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Richard DeCola and today we are going to make some great, great Italian sauce. Well we're back here and I'm just going to talk a little bit about the meatballs. I use pork, beef and veal. Now you don't have to do that. You can just use regular chopped meat. I put a little parsley on top and basically it is a real simpe thing. I use about 3 cloves of garlic and you can put that in. I'm going to use some salt; just give that a good shake. Everything I do is pretty much eyeballing it. We are going to use some salt and some pepper and that is basically it. What we are going to do then is, I use my hands; make sure you wash your hands before. Just going to mix it all together like this. I'm going to pretty much take a small bit like this. You get enough like this, roll it up until like a little ball and that is your meatball and they are going to go into our frying pan. See you when I come back. "
