"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Richard DeCola and today we are going to make some great, great Italian sauce. Again, I want to elaborate on Olive Oil. Olive Oil you should definitely spend the extra money again. For your ingredients, you are always going to find if you spend a couple of extra dollars and you buy the more expensive stuff you are going to find it is better. You know what, it's your choice, it's your taste. Definitely experiment and find out what you like better. This is extra Virgin Oil Olive. I spent a little bit of extra money on it and that is what I like to use. Also, I want to talk about when I make my meatballs later. My Auntie Katherine has this recipe for meatballs and I've gotten her recipe many times. I even asked her again and she said I gave it to you already. I think her meatballs are so good or the best because of an old skillet that she had. This is a cast iron pan and if you go out and buy one of these, there are probably about $30 or $40 bucks if you go. That's the secret. "
