"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Richard DeCola and today we are going to make some great, great Italian sauce. Now I just want to let you know that everybody especially Italians and I love Italians don't get me wrong, half the time, they are all going to say this is the way you should do the sauce and that's the way you should do the sauce. You are going to find whatever works for you in the kitchen and what you like better as you make different times and you cook different times, that is going to work for you. I know people that actually grow their tomatoes in the garden, boil them, skin them and make their sauce with that, fresh ingredients from the garden. I don't have a garden so I'm not fortunate enough but I am able to go to the store and just buy can tomatoes and I like to use Greek Crushed can tomatoes and one can of whole; this way you can get some texture in there. You can do whatever is good for you but definitely spend the extra money and buy the better quality can of tomatoes. We'll see you when I get back. "
