I'm going to show you a secret in a minute but I just want to actually talk about the garlic. A lot of times people get garlic like in a dry form and that is fine to use. It won't make the sauce any worse but to make it really good I think you should get the freshest things; fresh basil, fresh garlic and if you get up early enough in your town, you can get to the market and get some fresh garlic and that could really make the difference in your sauce; pretty easy, you know.
