"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Richard DeCola and today we are going to make some great, great Italian sauce. I want to just tell you chopping garlic is a simple thing to do. I'm going to show you a secret in a minute but I just want to actually talk about the garlic. A lot of times people get garlic like in a dry form and that is fine to use. It won't make the sauce any worse but to make it really good I think you should get the freshest things; fresh basil, fresh garlic and if you get up early enough in your town, you can get to the market and get some fresh garlic and that could really make the difference in your sauce; pretty easy, you know. I'll do a couple for you. Here's a nice piece, get that out and give it a good punch like that and you see the garlic comes right out and there's your fresh garlic. "
