"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Richard DeCola and today we are going to make some great, great Italian sauce. So again saying that it was gravy, it is gravy to us. I mean it is kind of funny and just elaborating on that I just want you to know that you see here it is a pretty small kitchen and I am just going to tell you that you could make a lot of sauce and it becomes very cost efficient if you have a family. You throw it in your freezer, throw it in a jar and heat it up during the week. What we are going to make today is put enough for probably 2 , 3 or 4 meals, depending on how big your family is and it is very cost efficient. People living on a budget especially in New York City is stuff you could make $30 bucks with meat and you could turn around and have 3, 4 or 5 different meals which is pretty cool I think. With that said, we'll get back to you and show you how to cook this stuff. "
