"RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City. And today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make curry phyllo triangles. All right, we're back. It's time to start working with our phyllo dough. We're actually going to brush them nice with our oil mixture. I'm going to do that right now. All right, we're going to just start unrolling. All right, I'm just going to slide one over like so, and you're going to just get your brush mixture. And I tell you, I get these brushes real cheap on sale. I'm just going to give this a nice brush with our oil mixture. Just nice and easy, you're going to get it all coated. All right, you see I have it nice and oiled, the whole thing and I just--what I do is just grab my other sheet and I put it right on top. What you want to do now is press--slightly press from the center out just to get out any air pockets. And that's the beginning of our phyllo dough, baby. All right, we're going to look to cut lengthwise about five strips, so four cuts, and we're going to do it straight down. I'm just cutting real nice and easy, straight down. You see, just one little easy cut. I did put a cutting board. You see, that's a nice slice. Our next slice, three inches or so, real nice and easy. This is how we're going to make our triangles. That's it. Those are our cuts."
