"RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City. And today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make curry phyllo triangles. Okay, we're going to take our potato, and we're going to just give it a good chop. Okay, we're just going to try to get some nice cubes. Actually what you want to do is slice it from the poles which are the top and the bottom, not lengthways like this. Once you do that, you can put it down on its flat slide and you could slice it again, like so. And then what I do is just turn it this way, I just cut about a half-inch back, not even a quarter inch and that gives you nice little pieces that you're looking for. As you can see, nice pieces. And if you got wedges that are too big, you could always just--no, actually I like these. These are good. So again, I'm going to just slice this in half and cut it again and you'll see these nice little pieces. You should have about a cup of potatoes. Usually, one medium potato is enough. And so that's it, that's our chopped potato. Come back. We're going to actually start chopping up our onion and getting that ready to go. Come back."
