"RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City. And today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make curry phyllo triangles. All right, we're going to take the old spud, Mr. Spud himself, Mr. Potato Head. We're going to get him peeled which I also forgot to mention. You're going to need a potato peeler so get your potato peeler and get your Mr. Spud and let's peel our potato. I always just out of habit, I always put a piece of--when I'm peeling or something 'cause I need to remove it. But even with this board, you can just pick up your whole thing and remove it. But a little paper towel to catch it, the potato slices or your skin. Now if you want to leave the skin on, you can with this dish. I prefer with it off. But I've had it where--the person who taught me this actually leaves the skin on. I take it off though. I always experiment and that's what you have to do in the kitchen. You get recipes from friends or--passed down to you and you know what, it might be great and you might not want to change it. I always find that I'm playing around with stuff and trying to make it better."
