"RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City. And today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make curry phyllo triangles. All right, curry phyllo triangles. Phyllo is a type of dough that you're going to use. It's very thin in crust. And being that I live in Astoria, Queens and--predominantly a Greek neighborhood, even though I'm an Italian-Irish decent, I got to learn and cook with people, how to cook with this type of dough. It's very thin in crust and it's very nice. They make it--like the spinach pies, they make with this a lot. But it's also good for making like little pastry puffs, and that's what we're going to do today. But we're going to put a lamb mixed with curry, very spicy with this and it's a really--it's--I love making party snacks or whatever fun food and foreign people come and they first meet you so this is a great hors d'oeuvre to have just as people come in. I always try to mix up things with different flavors sometimes, and that's always a nice way too if you got a mixed variety of people, like, and this is what Astoria is. We are the biggest melting pot in the world. So anyway, we're going to show you today how easy this is. We're going to make it. It's a lot of fun. It's really got a really different kind of taste. You're going to eat it and be like, "Wow! That's kinda cool." And so come back. We're going to show you everything from ingredients to storage to everything you're going to need as far as utensils, of course, cooking it, and most, my favorite thing, best of all, is of course eating it. So come back. We're making it here on Expert Village."
