You want to make sure that everything is covered nice. Next we are going to add about one to two tablespoons of our bean mixture just below the center. Here is the center. So 1 and 2. Nice and easy. We are then going to add some cucumber strips like so and we are also going to add some of our pepper strips. Like so! Then we are going to add just a nice sprinkle of the fresh cilantro. That is it. Now we would show you how to roll it. What we are going to do now is we are going to fold in our ends like so 1 and 2 so they would meet. Like so and then we are going to just roll it up. Roll it nice and slow. That is our tortilla man. What you are going to do then is just cut it in half in a angle like so. Open it up like this and we are just going to sprinkle a little bit of garnish on top. "
