"Hi, my name is Richard Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make bean burrito bites. We removed our kidney bean mixture from the heat and set it aside. We also lower our temperature to 200 on the oven. Let's chop some cilantro. You are going to need about a half a cup of fresh cilantro. Do not substitute with dry; it just does not work with this dish. I'm going to start giving some big cuts. You can use the stems with this just going straight across pushing through and then we are going to start using our chopping motion. What is great about cilantro man when you start cutting it it smells great. Use the back of your knife and start chopping it up. I'm just working the back of the knife and I'm pushing in, pushing in. I'm always cleaning my blade and just giving it a good chop lifting the back of the knife and going back and forth. We are going to take our tortillas one or two at a time and start spreading some cream cheese on them. "
