"Hi, my name is Richard Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make bean burrito bites. We are going to get some hot oil in our pan. We are going to add our pepper and we are going to add some cumin and some red kidney bean. We are also going to add our chicken broth. We are going to get a nice high flame and we are going to get our oil nice and hot. We are going to add about a tablespoon or cover the bottom of the pan. We are going to get that really nice and hot. Just coat the bottom of the pan. We are going to add our jalapeño; you can see that it is hot. You may see that it is hot; we are going to lower our flame a little bit. You would need about a table/teaspoon excuse me of cumin. We are going to add that right to it. Cook this just a minute, that is what we are going to do is cook this for a minute and open up our jalapeño and mix around that cumin. That has been about a minute so let's drain our beans and add this to our skillet. All right we are adding a 15 ounce can, drained kidney beans and we are going to keep that on a simmering flame for about 4-5 minutes. I have this on a medium flame and I'm stirring constantly for about 4 minutes before we add our chicken broth. We are going to add about 2 ounces, 2 little shots 1, 2 shots of ht reduce chicken broth. I'm going to keep this stirring this occasionally."
