"Hi, my name is Richard Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make bean burrito bites. Our ingredients today we are going to need some tortillas you can get them right in your super market. They come in spinach, they come in wheat. I'm using white today. Get what you like, you can play around with them. As far as our veggies, we are going to need jalapeƱos pepper that is going to give it some kick, some red pepper, some cucumber and some fresh cilantro. Now I know you may not be able to get fresh cilantro. If you could definitely get it. It is so much better than dry cilantro. It just has a amazing flavor. You chop it up, you smell it is really good in this dish and it would make the difference. People know right away when they taste them that, that is fresh cilantro they are going to be saying "mm what is that?". I'm telling you that is going to make the difference in buying it. Now you can go out and buy stuff in a frozen box but believe me it is not the same. We are going to use some cumin again liking the spice cumin to so this is a good one. We are going to get some cumin in there and then on this side, we are going to need some chicken broth. We are going to need some red kidney beans, some olive oil, some cream cheese, and we are going to use some salsa for dipping and that is it. That is our ingredients real simple, real easy, get them right from the deli and when we come back we are going to make these and you are going to be having them for the Super Bowl on Sunday when the big game happens."
