"Alright another choice for a healthy snack alternative is bananas. Obviously you can give them fresh bananas but these are frozen and what is particulary good about these is they hold there flavor in the freezer about six months twelve month or however long you want to keep them in there. Very flavor full you can use them in smoothies. put it in a blender and combine it with milk, some yogurt maybe some ice cream and you've got yourself a nice healthy snack thereas well for a drink in the summer time. These are great especially in the summer you can put them outside in a bowl and let them eat those. So whether you choose to have your bananas fresh and peel them and put them in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer but they keep well and takes a little longer for the kids to eat so it keeps the occupied and busy for a while. So another healthy snack bananas."
