"Today we are talking about healthy snacks for kids and the list goes on and on and there are a wide number of things to choose from and one of the things that kids always enjoy is chips and dip. The list is almost endless for the number of chips that you can go down to the store and grab. They have a whole aisle of nothing but chips but one of the standbys that works really well are just nacho style chips and salsa. Of course they sell different varieties of nacho chips whatever your particular favorite brand is and if you do not have a favorite brand just try tortilla chips. Try a couple of different ones. These are the regular white corn tortilla chips. Put them in a bowl and open up your can of choice salsa, whether it is mild, medium, hot, extra hot, spicy, many different varieties there. Give yourself two separate bowls and now you have a great, quick, healthy snack of tortilla chips and salsa."
