"Alright, now let's talk about another choice for a healthy snack, and for this I'm going to combine a couple of things. We're talking about tomatoes and cheese, whether it's string cheese like this or whether you want to go with block cheese. Again, quick healthy snack and depending again on your children. Some are going to like tomatoes, some are not. I've seen kids eat whole tomatoes, especially if they're garden tomatoes. They love them. You can send them outside. It's a juicy, healthy snack that they can bite into and enjoy. Now these have already been cleaned. Remember to always clean your fruits and veggies, and once they are clean and they have been washed, you're just going to ahead and slice off the top. I'll show you a nice tomato there, and just cut it in slices. Once you've got it sliced, again personal preference for each child. You can get creative with this stuff too. On your plate you can make a face with the tomatoes for the eyes. Maybe you've got some string cheese that you can peel apart and make a little smile and maybe you want to use some almonds for the ears, so just get a little creative. Kids love that stuff, and they feel like they're enjoying it a little bit better if you can make it just a little bit more fun. So, a healthy snack, tomatoes and cheese. What you can do, again, string cheese or block cheese. This happens to be string cheese, and my kids like a just a little bit of organic sea salt sprinkled onto the tomato. It gives it a little bit of extra flavor, and with the cheese and the tomato obviously is a great combination. You see it on many sandwiches, and now what we've done is just like I said. You can create a little smiley face or anything that you can come up with to help your kids enjoy the meal a little bit more and make sure that they eat it. So again, personal preference, you can cut the tomatoes in half, you can quarter them at that point as well, depending on their age and their size and exactly their personal preferences and we'll get into what else you can do, but just as a straight quick healthy snack, tomato and cheese combination works great "
