"Hi, this is Travis on behalf of Expert Village talking to you about healthy snacks, and we've talked about a couple so far, and let's introduce obviously the orange. A great healthy snack, convenient, fast, easy and definitely healthy. Lots of vitamins in here for you and for your kids. Again most of these snacks are going to be personal preference for you as far as the convenience of it, how old your kids are, a lot of those factors are going to vary, but one of the factors that holds true is that they all taste good and that they are all good for you. Again, depending on their age, you can leave the oranges in the fridge just like this, or if you're going to be feeding these to them on a daily basis, you might want to prepare ahead of time. I like to cut them instead of peeling them with your hands. Just cut them on both ends to get the ends of the orange off and then I like to run the knife around just a little bit to break through the skin, but not through into the orange to get your seal broken and then go ahead and start peeling that orange away. Once you've got the peel broken, you can store these in a plastic container in the refrigerator. I would only want to store them for about a day or two at the most that way they retain their freshness and their good taste. Anything past that, they start drying out. Another good thing, fresh fruit, fresh orange, they'll love it. "
