"Hi, on behalf of Expert Village this is Travis and we’re talking about healthy snacks you know for children. Kids can be particularly picky so it’s always best to have a wide assortment of things that are available to them and most often you’ll find in one category or another, whether you’re talking about fruits or vegetables, there’s going to be something that children are going to enjoy out of those categories. It’s just going to make a difference on how you prepare those. If we’re talking snacks, typically a snack is sometimes that is not a whole meal, you’re not spending a lot of time cooking over the stove or throwing things into the microwave. These are just things you can go to the refrigerator and grab hopefully or out of the cupboards and be pretty quick about it. So one thing that you can consider for a healthy snack are grapes. Whether they are white grapes or red grapes like these, and well, you’re going to want to look for in the store is seedless grapes for children. Kids notice, some might want to take the time and have fun spitting out the seeds as long as it’s not in your house, but uh, the seedless ones work well, they’re a lot cleaner, you don’t have to worry about the kids spitting them out or not liking them for that reason or biting into them or even worrying about a chocking hazard. White grapes or red grapes, seedless, what you want to look for is something nice and plump. They don’t want to be wrinkled and shriveled. You don’t want to get those so look for the ones that are, uh are plump, look juicy, shinny and not shriveled on the vine. "
