"Hi my name is Paris Sourivang and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Make sure you keep your chicken refrigerated until you are going to use it. Always remember to wash your hands after using it with antibacterial soap. You want small slices of it you don't want big chunks of chicken. It is important to cut it into thin slices because it cooks faster. Turn your stove on high and then add about a tablespoon of oil, I prefer olive oil to cook with. Now when your pan is hot enough you want to put it on medium and add garlic. What I do I take my pan off the stove and put the garlic in, what you want to do is you want to brown the garlic you don't want to burn the garlic. So that the oil becomes it has essences of garlic in it. Now at this point you want to add your chicken. Spread out the chicken evenly so...."
