"Preparing the vegetables get a sharp knife and we could start off with our onion. What you are going to do is you are going to cut the bottom of the onion and the top of the onion and to peel I usually peel the first layer of the onion completely off so the skin comes off and the first layer comes off because sometimes it has imperfections and what you are going to do is cut the onions in quarters. Then you are going to pull out the middle part. Throw that away, cut it in half on the four quarters, then you are going to cut it into three's. Now if you like you can cut them into smaller pieces if people do not like bigger chunks but I prefer to cut them to bigger pieces so the people that do not like onions can scout it out to the side of there plate while eating.
