"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to make Chinese steamed dumplings. We'll go ahead and add the green pepper in the bowl we already have the garlic that we minced up previously, the fresh ginger and a few of the green onion. Go ahead and mix that up with a fork and we're going to take a teaspoon of sugar to sweeting the sauce up a little bit, sprinkle that over and for the liquid part of the sauce we're going to add a tablespoon of our sesame seed oil. This is going to give it a deeper flavor stir that and start working the sugar through that oil, now the vinegar again this is a little bit different we're going to use the balsamic vinegar. Just to give it a deeper color and a deeper flavor we're just going to use a quarter cup of that, into the vinegar we'll add half of cup of soy sauce. Probably a good idea to wear dark clothing when you're cooking with soy sauce you can make a huge mess. We'll go ahead and pour that in to the peppers, onions, garlic and the ginger into that we're just going to add a little bit of sea salt. Not to much the soy sauce is already salty and some cracked black pepper and the sauce is finished."
