"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to make Chinese steamed dumplings. So you see we set the dumplings on a larger plate and let some of the water drain off of it. They are starting to dry out and looking very good. Now we're just going to go ahead and make the sauce so we're just going to mince up a green pepper. We don't need a lot of this we'll take just a little bit and we're going to cut this into really small pieces. The green pepper is going to add a whole different dimension and I had in a lot of the typical sauces, that should be enough. Now we'll just run our knife through it again. We want this to be about the same size as the garlic and the ginger that we chopped up previously. Just one more time through some of the pieces that we missed and we'll go ahead and we'll add that to the rest of ingredients to the sauce."
