"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to make Chinese steamed dumplings. So we'll check out this side and see if it's starting to brown up; we're going to get some color on the other side. We'll just drop that back in there and now we're going to steam it so we'll add about a 1/2 cup of water, add a lid to it and turn it down just a little bit. These will take about 10 minutes to steam. The 10 minute steaming is going to cook the pork so we'll set the timer. They have been cooking for about 10 minutes. We'll go ahead and check them and they are looking good. We'll just go ahead and take them out of there and just set them on a plate so they can start to let some of that water drain off. "
