"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to make Chinese steamed dumplings. Now that our oil is ready we're going to go ahead and start browning up the dumplings. We don't want to crowd them too much in the pan so we'll just start out with about six, we'll just drop them in there and let them start to brown. Remember we're not frying these. We just want to brown them up this is going to give them a nice flavor and a nice color. We'll let these brown up on both sides so we'll give it a minute and wait till it starts to turn color and then we'll flip it. They are starting to brown up here on the side just go ahead and flip them and some of that color is from frying it and a little bit is really from sesame oil that we used, that is going to give it a nice flavor too."
