"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to make Chinese steamed dumplings. Now that we washed our cabbage we're going to go ahead and shred it up and what we'll do is we'll just take a stack at a time. Pile it on top and run our knife through it to fine pieces and we'll turn it and run it through it one time in the center so that it's not to long. We'll scoop that up to the side and we'll just repeat it until we do half of the head of the cabbage. "
