"RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi, this is Rich Buccola of New York City. And today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make beef stroganoff. Okay, we're back. And today for our beef stroganoff, we're going to need the following utensils. All right, we're going to use some measuring cups and measuring spoons. I tend to more or less cook by eye. I've cook this enough times that I actually can. But if it's your first time, therefore, you should have some measuring cups and measuring spoons. Get yourself a good cutting knife. They will pay for themselves by all the money you'll be saving cooking at home, not eating in the fast food or in the restaurants. Definitely, they will pay for themselves and it's good to have. You need a spatula just to maybe mix some stuff around. A good cutting board, these are great. I swear by them on every video. You would think I'm endorsing them almost, but honestly, they are great, great cutting board, less than five bucks in your supermarket. You're going to need a couple of bowls for just getting our stuff mixed up. In the back, we're going to need our deep skillet and we'll also going to need a saute or a sauce pan. So put all of these together. These are common utensils you should have. We're going to make this up pretty fast. This is a quick, quick, easy meal. We're going to start by, you know, seasoning our meat and slicing some thin strips, getting it brown and put it all together. So come back, I'm going to show you how to do it. This is fun, and listen, they're going to think you're great 'cause you made it fresh. They're going to think you were slaving in the kitchen, and really, it takes about a half an hour, so come back. It's beef stroganoff here at Expert Village."
