"Now we will cut our oranges again and there is a strange little part at the end so we are just going to remove that altogether. We are going to cut these slightly bigger than we did our peppers because these are very liquidy and will shrink a bit as we cook them. Once these are cut up we will stir them to separate them and then I am going to add them in with our sauce and I will give them one little stir to make sure that it is nice and mixed up and we are going to remove this from the heat because we are almost ready to cook our chicken so our burner is still on 8 and I am going to add a tablespoon of oil and while we are waiting for that to heat up we are going to crack an egg and then we are going to measure out two tablespoons of corn starch and we are going to go and blend them very slowly together."
