"Alright, let's go over the ingredients that we're going to need, to make this dish. We're going to be taking a chicken breast and we're going to salt and pepper that and then we're going to dice it into chunks and then we're going to put it in our marinade. Our initial marinade, is just going to be clear rice vinegar, some soy sauce and a little bit of salt and we're just going to let that sit for twenty minutes. While we're doing that, we're going to make a vegetable stock. We're just going to take one of our vegetable bouillon cubes and mix it up with a cup of water. We're going to take some butter and some oil and we're going to mix that up with a half a cup of rice and we're going to toast that, then we'll add our, vegetable stock mixture to that and bring it to a boil. When it's all done, we'll be cutting up some fresh cilantro and some basil. While that's working, we're going to be taking part of this carrot and slicing it very thin. We're going to boil it, in the water, until is blanched, until it's nice and soft. We're also going to be cutting up some scallions, an orange, some red onions, green pepper and a red pepper. We're going to be using an egg, we're going to mixing that with some cornstarch and some water and that's going to act as our thickening agent, for our sauce. Our sauce is going to have some sugar and some cider vinegar, in it, as well as more soy sauce. We're also going to be needing some garlic and a little bit of oil."
