"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some nice portobello pizzetas. This mixture just looks divine. What you're going to do is grab a heaping amount and start filling your shells; don't worry about filling to much. Just pat down nice and easy. You don't press too hard; you don't want to break the cap. All that cheese is going to melt and we're going to put a little more olive oil on top of this and we're also going to put on Parmesan cheese, so do all of them. Look how beautiful they are and they are not even in the oven, I can eat them now. My grandmother use to stuff everything you know the old stuff mushrooms you can actually stuff mushrooms with different things. This is a different if you have some leftovers stuff the with mushrooms pop them in the oven they're awesome. Another quick recipe for you so what we're going to do now is we're going to spray these with a little olive oil and top them off and get them in the oven. What I'm going to do is give them another spray with this beautiful olive oil sprayer I have, it's like a little mist. What you're doing this for so that the toppings don't dry out in the oven and what I like to do then is just top them off with some beautiful Parmesan, fresh parmesan. We're just going to put some pepperoni now slices on top, there it is we decided to do four on the pepperoni and two plain. Look how beautiful they look pop them in your oven 350 it's going to be about 15-20 minutes, I usually just check it to see how they look. You want everything to soften up when we come back it's magic time you know it is, portobello pizzetas come on back, did I say that right I don't even now just make them."
