"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make Ratatouille. Alright today our utensils are going to be real simple. We're going to do a lot of chopping today, so get a good chopping knife. A little small one for paring. I'm going to core the tomatoes. I'm also going to boil our tomatoes to take the skins off of them. So you want them to be cored and deskinned so they have just the tomato. Nice. Give it a good flavor, going to chop them into quarters. But we're going to need a cutting board. So here we got our cellophane cutting board, pick it up, put stuff in. It's great. They're under five bucks in your supermarket. Going to need a big bowl to put all the stuff in and to work with. Probably going to need a little small bowl too for your garlic and your onion and stuff that's going to go in first. Going to use a big pan in the back and I'm also going to use a big casserole dish, a dutch oven type of a pot. And I'm also going to use just a regular sauce pan to boil some water to get the skins off the tomatoes. You just boil them. Skins come right off. So put together your utensils. Real simple, real easy. Come back. We're making a great, great side dish or even a main dish. But I'm telling you, we always cook it make it a side dish. Put it on chicken and stuff. It's awesome. It's ratatouille. Come back. We're making it here on Expert Village. "
