"Hey, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some nice portobello pizza. We are back let's go over the utensils that we are going to need to make these portobello pizza. I always talk about a good chopping knife, a good paring knife go out and get a good knife. You are going to need a cutting board so silicon boards are great. You just pick up your stuff and put it right in your bowl. So you are going to need a big bowl like so just to mix all of your fillings in. I like to put it on a nice tray like this. We are going to garnish it with a little basil and serve them like that. I got this really cool mister, actually my camera girl has a really cool mister for Christmas. You fill it with olive oil and you can spray olive oil on everything. You don't need this but if you have one, use it. That is what it is about getting good stuff in your kitchen you can cook there you don't have to eat out. Just a little spoon to spoon around our mixture, maybe a spatula to stir everything up. Then just a simple baking pan to put your pizzas on. When we come back we are going to saute our onion and garlic really fast on a frying pan. Right now preset our oven to 350. "
