"Hey, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some nice portobello pizza. Today for our pizza, our portobello pizza, we are going to need the following ingredients. So we are going to need some nice portobello mushrooms. I'm going to show you how to get nice ones fresh and how to clean them. You/I'm going to need everybody gets one so I'm going to make 3; I'm making 6 enough for 6 people. We are going to use a little bit of onion and garlic cause I love onion and garlic and everything. We are going to need some I have some frozen spinach. I'm going to go out and use some spinach in this. I was in a nice Italian shop and I got this hand fresh, fresh Mozzarella hand rolled. Some pepperoni I'm going to cover up some pepperoni, I have some fresh basil so I mightiest well throw that in. Also some olive oil and salt and pepper to taste and also a little Parmesan cheese; can not forget the Parmesan cheese on top. "
