"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to show you how to make fettuccine carbonara. Alright this is where you can say yes or no. This will give it a little taste of something. I'm going to use a measuring cup. Going to go about a half a cup of white wine right into this. It's optional. You don't have to use it. Realize that if you do, it will cook out. Just going to go a little bit more cause it will cook down, a little splash. I'm going to let that cook for another minute. Alright, it's cooked about a minute. The flavor of that wine and garlic, I tell you. The whole house smells great. Now we're just going to add all this beautiful bacon. Look at that. Nice. It's just so good this meal. And it's got so much flavor and it's amazing. Just going to give that a little shake. Going to get our spatula and mix it around. And the last thing we're going to do is we're going to lower our flame to a low flame. And the last thing we're going to do is grab our pasta and add our pasta right to this dish. Like so. That's nice. Get all of that in there. I'm even going to try to get a little bit of that olive oil. Nice. And that's it. We're just going to mix this up by folding. And we've lowered our flame, don't forget. And we're going to get ready now to add our carbonara sauce which is the eggs and the heavy cream and then our parsley and our fresh pepper, little salt and this is lunch baby. Open up a bottle of wine. We're going to finish it up. Here on Expert Village. "
