"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you today how to make manicotti. Okay, we're back, we have our manicotti stuffed. If you have a couple extra you can't fit in, you can put them on top. So we're just going to take our sauce now and go over the top with our manicotti. Okay, so we're going to take our sauce, just going to, a lot of sauce right over the top like so. And you're going to need couple of cups of sauce. This is going to be so good in the oven. We're going to just finish this off before we put it in the oven, we're going to actually, we're going to add a little bit of mozzarella to the top of this. Some more mozzarella that I had left over and a little bit of Parmesan cheese. Alright we're just going to just a couple of, little bit on the top of our manicotti. Just some more mozzarella. Not too much. Just enough to coat the top. We're also going to add some Parmesan cheese like so. Look at how nice that looks. Oh look at how good. It looks good even before it goes in the oven. We're going to take some tin foil and cover it and put it in our oven at three-fifty for about thirty to thirty five minutes."
