"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you today how to make manicotti. Okay, so I'm stuffing my manicotti and I'm going to use the back of a teaspoon. That's all I use. So look at how simple this is to stuff these and it doesn't have to be perfect and you can take your time doing it. Alright you just want to get a nice amount in the manicotti. Just grab a little bit and just put it right like so. Open it up and over your, put it over your thing. You can actually go in and start pushing it in like so. And again, just hold it open and just put little bits. And don't worry if it doesn't, gets out on the outside, cause you just clean it up like so. You're just going to push it in like that. Alright so I'm just pushing in. I get it in, I push it in and you see it comes out the other side and just going to fold that down and then just going to be able to close it up on this side. And that's it. And don't worry if it's on the pasta. It'll be alright and just put it in your tray. Like so. "
