"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you today how to make manicotti. Alright, I'm going to chop up some fresh parsley and some fresh basil today. Now basil that you don't, it doesn't call for this, but when you're cooking with Italian food, basil is just, it's heaven. It's a , you know it's a great, great Arabic. Got a lot of flavor and it just, you know a little hint of it in anything is going to be great. So we're going to chop up some basil and some parsley and have that on the side. We're going to use about maybe four or five basil leaves. And I like to just put them all one on top of each other, like so. And I'll just cut off the stems. And what I'll do is just roll it up. Just give it a nice roll, like so. And we're going to give it a little chop. Okay, just cutting, very simple. And don't worry if it's not the size. What we're looking for like a couple of tablespoons here of basil and the parsley. And just use your chopping motion. The back of your blade going up and down. Chopping your basil and chopping it up nice and fine."
