"Hi, I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of expertvillage.com. Let's turn this pizza dough into this pizza pie. So I have my dough, I'm going to flour my board sometimes it's sticks, sometimes it doesn't stick but let's just flour to make sure. I got my rolling pin and I'm going to roll, if the dough starts to stick to the rolling pin you can add some flour to it, but it's not right now. I rolled out my dough now I'm going to take my peel which I've floured, I put some flour on there so it won't stick. I'm going to lift up my dough and put my pizza base on my peel. So we have our dough rolled out now we are going to add some toppings to it. I like a tomato paste because it doesn't make the crust soggy and you don't have to put a lot of it on you just have to get a little layer of it on. You don't have to use the whole can cause you're going to make some more pizza, personally I like to use the whole can on my pizza. But, I'm making this for my kids and they don't like sauce so much so we'll just put a little bit. If you really like that tomato tang you can put a whole lot of it on there, I used about a third of a can and then I'm going to sprinkle some cheese on top. This is a mix of mozzarella and provolone, what you don't want is a lot of extra cheese on the peel itself. So you want to just have that tomato paste covered an even topping of cheese everywhere, if you get any extra cheese on the peel just take it off."
