"We're going to take a detour here, and we're going to come back to our Paella, and then we're going to add our asparagus, and then we'll bring it right back into the oven. Our chicken has begun to see the white along the sides, so we'll pick it up and flip it over. I'm going to take our red pepper, and cut off the top, and then pull out our cluster of seeds. Cut this down the middle. I'm going to cut right along where the white rib is, and you'll discard these. Turn, cut this in half; we want them to be about the same size as the onions that we cut earlier."
