"Hi, I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of expertvillage.com. Let's turn this pizza dough into this pizza pie. So the yeast has now risen, I want to show you that it looks like there is a foam on top of the yeast. That is what you want to happen once you have that foam on the yeast that means the yeast has risen and activated. It is now time to pour it into the bowl. So now you're are going to pour the yeast into the bowl with the milk and the olive oil and the corn meal. You see there is a little extra yeast there, take your whisk get all of it that you can out of there and then you just want to whisk that all together. You don't have to whisk it too much just a little bit to incorporate it and make sure that those ingredients are all warm. You don't want to have the cold ingredients, if you have the cold ingredients and you put the warm yeast in, the yeast will react to that. So make sure those ingredients are warm."

on 8/2/2008 Thank you very much for your video. I really like it. One thing I am confused about though. What is the purpose of adding milk instead of water? What advantage does it have? Is the taste very different?
