"Hi, I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of expertvillage.com. Let's turn this pizza dough into this pizza pie. So I have a package of yeast and it doesn't have to be super rise it can just be regular. But you only need one package to pour it into a little glass bowl. You need six tablespoons of 110 degree water, you should be able to put your finger in a comfortably, one, two, three, four, five, six. And you are going to take a spoon or a fork (I'm going to use a fork) to sort of get all that yeast dissolved in that warm water. It is very important to get all the lumps out and get it to dissolve, yeast is actually a living organism. To make it rise a little faster you can take a pinch, not a lot but just a little bit of sugar and that feeds the yeast. So get all that dissolved and then put it in a warm place to rise."
