"We've flipped our chicken over, and it's starting to simmer. Because we have so many things that are sweet in here, I'm going to add a little bit of spice. I'm just going to dust the top with some cayenne, or if you have red chili flakes, you can do that, as well. That will pull it nice and sour, and sweet and spicy. Our vegetables are just about done roasting, as is our chicken, so we're going to take half of a lemon, and we're going to squeeze that through our strainer. We're doing that so we don't have to go through and pick out all the seeds; we have them right here in our strainer. We're going to take about two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and we're lightly going to dust with some salt and pepper. We're going to stir this up, and we're going to drizzle this over our vegetables when they're done."
