"Let's go over the ingredients that we're going to need. We're going to be using a chicken breast. We're going to be salt and peppering that and then sauteing it in oil. Along with that, we're going to be using a Chirico, we're going to take the skin off this, cut it in half, and then put it in slices so that we have some nice chunks in there. We're going to be using some rosemary, some fresh rosemary; we're going to chop that up. We have a sweet potato, we're going to skin that and then chop it up. We're going to boil our Brussels sprouts and then we're going to add them in with the rest of our vegetables when we roast them. We'll be using a butternut squash and also cutting up a red pepper. Our chicken is also going to get some sun-dried tomatoes, some Spanish olives, and an orange. We're going to be taking some beets and mixing that with our tomato paste and that's going to go in with our vegetables as well. We're going to be using some oil, we're also going to be chopping garlic, and our seasonings are going to be oregano, black pepper, cayenne, and paprika. We're also going to be juicing half of a lemon and we're going to be mixing that with some garlic and some balsamic vinegar and that's going to go over the top of our vegetables and potatoes. We're also going to be using some white wine."
