Video Transcript

"Today we're going to be making a chicken dish. We're going to be making Basque Chicken. Basque is a northern area of Spain. We're going to be taking a chicken breast, and sauteing that, and we're going to be adding some Chorizo, which is a somewhat mild sausage, and we're going to be adding some Spanish olives; some green olives. We're going to slice those up. We're also going to be adding some sun-dried tomatoes, and a nectarine orange. We are also going to be doing balsamic lemon roasted vegetables. We're going to be taking a sweet potato, with some Brussells sprouts, a butternut squash, red pepper, and some rosemary; along with some beets, tomato paste, and garlic. We're going to boil some first, then put them on a sheet, and roast them all up together. We'll also be juicing a lemon, and mixing that with some garlic and balsamic vinegar, and pouring that over our veggies at the end."
