Add Sour Cream for Chicken Gorky

"The sauce is beginning to boil, so we're going to flip our chicken over. Then we're going to measure out half a cup of sour cream, and we're going to add that in with our sauce. We're going to take just another little sliver of our Feta, and cut this into very small pieces. We're going to stir our sour cream into the sauce, and once that's broken down, we're going to take our Feta and sprinkle that all around the sauce. We're going to let this simmer for just a little bit, and we're going to let the sauce reduce."
