"While we're waiting for our onions and garlic to simmer in the vodka, I'm going to take some flour, and add our chicken, and we're just going to turn to coat. I'm going to measure out a tablespoon of tomato paste, and we're going to stir this around in our vodka until it's about halfway broken down. We're going to measure out half a cup of our vegetable stock, and we'll continue to stir until our tomato sauce is completely broken down. Once it is, we will re-add our chicken."
